Lip Balm Company Gets Sued, Celebrity-Endorsed Brand Irritates Lips
Evolution of Smooth, better known as EOS, is under fire for chapping some people’s lips. Disgusting chapped too. Like some had to get medically treated kind of chapped lips.
The celebrity-endorsed brand, often seen with Kim Kardashian or Britney Spears, has been accused of being misleading. A concerned citizen filed a lawsuit against the egg-shaped lip balm claiming that she had to go to the doctor because of her dried lips after the product called itself “natural” and “organic.”
Will she win the case?
“Just because something is natural doesn’t mean it is safe,” George Washington University Dermatology Professor Dr. Adam Friedman tells CNBC. “Anthrax is natural but not safe.”
EOS responded to the claims after the woman filed lawsuit on Jan. 12. The company believes the lawsuit is without merit.

Well, Britney and Kim K are not running around with cracked up lips so what’s the issue?
Maybe the stars never even used the product and just took pictures with it. Maybe the reactions only happen to some people. And maybe some of those people just had an allergic reaction to the gluten free product. Maybe they licked their lips too much. I get chapped lips when I lick my lips too much in the winter time.

Either way, when you make a certain amount of money, people will come for your ass. So make sure their lips are not chapped when they kiss your ass. It will really hurt. Trust me, I know this man.
